“ Very good meal. I had the Madras and my wife had the butter chicken. They asked us how hot we liked it and when it came it was perfect. We had already had breakfast there earlier and that was also good. ”
“ The food here cannot be bettered. We live in the West Midlands and have eaten many curries in many places over the years but this is the best. All the food we've eaten there has been perfectly cooked. Tandoori chicken tikka with one of their sauces is very, very special. The location is also amazing with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and an easy flat walk along the paseo maritimo to reach it. The only reason we've given 4 for atmosphere is that there have been few customers each time we have visited for lunch. An altogether lovely experience and an asset to Calpe. ”

Really recommend the food, we ordered the chicken pakoras, vegetable samosas, lamb curry, lemon rice & garlic naan with some drinks and it was the best food we have eaten since arriving in Calpé! The waiter is very kind and really does his best to make sure everything is at your wish! Thank you for the nice meal! ”

“ Our meal was so nice we had to visit again!! It’s beachfront with lovely views and the waiters are really helpful. Happy hour finishes at 7pm so we timed it right for a cocktail before our meal. Over both visits we tried prawn purée, mixed starter, chicken tikka masala’s (which come in 3 strengths … sweet (fruity), medium and spicy), naans (garlic and peshwari), pilau rice, keema rice and Bombay aloo. It rivals any Indian I’ve had in the UK and is definitely worth a visit. ”

There's a wide variety of curries, etc., that aren't available in most Indian restaurants and they have all been delicious. If you love spice, I highly recommend the Vindaloo, but it's all good. We will be back! ”
